Pricing

Honest pricing, on the page.

Two honest layers: physical products you buy once, and platform software that follows Simply360’s published pricing. No per-scan fees, ever.

Physical tags

from $6

Cards from $6, sticky tags from $8, keychains around $24, wristbands and signs $25–$45, metal cards from $50. Reference pricing — confirmed on every quote before you pay.

Software

Included with Simply360

Creating tags, secure NFC validation, fresh-scan windows, scan logs, and bulk per-record generation are part of the Simply360 platform — free for your first 500 primary records, then flat monthly bands from $69 with unlimited users.

Custom and bulk

Quote

Custom shapes, branded printing, large per-badge runs, and wallet credential rollouts get a written quote with volume pricing — through the order form, usually within a business day.

No games

The fine print, in large print

Catalog prices are launch references based on comparable hardware, not final SKUs — every order is confirmed by a person before payment while we finish fulfillment. Scans are never metered: whether a tag is tapped ten times or ten thousand, the software price is the same.

The platform side

Simply360 pricing is already public.

The platform side follows Simply360’s public pricing — the same numbers on every site in this family.

Honest answers

The questions people actually ask.

If something here is unclear, ask us and we will answer in plain language.

What does a scan cost?

Nothing. Scans are not a meter.

You buy the hardware once and run the software on your Simply360 plan. A tag tapped ten thousand times costs the same as one tapped twice.

Do we need Simply360?

The actions live there today

Tags launch Simply360 forms and workflows, so a team account (the free tier works) is where the action lives. The hardware itself is standard secure NFC — built to support more backends over time.

Can we use tags we already own?

Yes — bring your own tags

Existing NFC tags and printed QR codes can point at your actions. Secure-NFC features need the right chip (NTAG 424 DNA), which is what we ship.

Put an action in the world.

Start with a handful of tags and one workflow — most teams find the second use case within a week.
